$1,600.00 - Rent - (Price Based upon 5 1/2 hours. 5 hours party 30 min. clean up. Music must be off by 11:30 pm)
$150.00 - Security Guard (1 per 100 guests) .
$200.00 - Damage Deposit (Refundable, if there is no damage or breach of contract. Allow 2-4 weeks for refunds)
$300.00 - Additional Hours (per hr. pays rent, security, staff)
